The soy sauce used in Yoshida Sauce is freshly brewed, richly flavored soy sauce that is delivered daily to the Yoshida Foods factory from the Oregon brewery of Yamasa Soy Sauce Co., Ltd., a long-established soy sauce manufacturer.
Yoshida Sauce uses only high-quality brewed soy sauce that contains no added preservatives and has a high total nitrogen content (an indicator of soy sauce's umami flavor). -
MirinWhite wine
The mirin used in Yoshida Sauce is "Hinode Mirin", produced at the overseas brewing facilities of King Brewery Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1900.
Made using traditional methods for over 100 years, the rich flavor, full-bodied taste, and mellow sweetness of glutinous rice enhance the profound taste of Yoshida Sauce. -

Manufacturing Plant
Yoshida Foods' own factory is an officially registered facility with the FDA (the US government agency, the Food and Drug Administration). The factory is also SQF certified, including the HACCP program, and undergoes a third-party inspection every year.
