- 2 small chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Yoshida Sauce Original
- Lettuce, white onion, shishito pepper, paprika, etc. (as needed)
- 2 small servings of salad oil
【How to make】
- Cut the chicken to an even thickness so that it cooks easily.
- Cut the accompanying vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a frying pan, add salad oil, place the chicken skin side down and fry until golden brown, then add accompanying vegetables in the gaps and fry.
