Chicken Teriyaki

[Ingredients (for 2 people)]

  • 2 small chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Yoshida Sauce Original
  • Lettuce, white onion, shishito pepper, paprika, etc. (as needed)
  • 2 small servings of salad oil

【How to make】

  1. Cut the chicken to an even thickness so that it cooks easily.
  2. Cut the accompanying vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a frying pan, add salad oil, place the chicken skin side down and fry until golden brown, then add accompanying vegetables in the gaps and fry.
  4. Flip the chicken over and fry the other side until it is crispy, then wipe off any oil that has been released into the frying pan with kitchen paper.
  5. Pour Yoshida Gourmet's original sauce over the chicken and grill until it is well combined. When the sauce thickens, it is done.
