
[Ingredients (serves 2-3)]
- Beef thigh meat 300g
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons salad oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Original Sauce
- (For the sauce) 2 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Original Sauce
- (For the sauce) 1 tablespoon red wine
【How to make】
- Wipe off any moisture from the beef thigh with kitchen paper, pierce it all over with a fork to allow it to cook evenly, rub in salt, pepper and minced garlic, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Add salad oil to a frying pan and fry the beef thigh meat all over until fragrant. After removing the meat, wrap it in aluminum foil and leave for at least 30 minutes, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Add red wine and the original sauce to the frying pan used in step 2, reduce it, pour it over the cut meat, and it's done.
