Yellowtail teriyaki

[Ingredients (for 2 people)]

  • 2 slices of yellowtail fillet
  • A little potato starch
  • 1.5 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Original Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salad oil

【How to make】

  1. Wipe off the moisture from the yellowtail fillets with kitchen paper.
  2. Coat the cuts of the yellowtail evenly with potato starch (shake off any excess).
  3. Add salad oil to a heated frying pan and fry the yellowtail fillets coated with potato starch on each side until cooked through.
  4. Once the dish has cooled, add Yoshida Gourmet's original sauce and mix it with the yellowtail fillets.When the sauce thickens, it is done.
