Huli Huli Chicken

[Ingredients (serves 2-3)]

  • 300g chicken thighs (for deep frying)
  • 2 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Original Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Spicy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 100cc pineapple juice
  • Salad oil (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch

【How to make】

  1. Put all the ingredients except the potato starch and salad oil in a bowl and mix until the liquid has evaporated. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the potato starch and mix thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  3. Place a baking sheet on the iron plate and lightly coat it with salad oil.
  4. Once the oven is preheated, place the marinated chicken on the hot plate and bake at 230℃ for about 20 minutes.
  5. When it is nicely browned and the meat juices run clear, it is done.
