
[Ingredients (serves 2-3)]
- 300g chicken thighs (for deep frying)
- 2 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Original Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Yoshida Gourmet Spicy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 100cc pineapple juice
- Salad oil (as needed)
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
【How to make】
- Put all the ingredients except the potato starch and salad oil in a bowl and mix until the liquid has evaporated. Once the liquid has evaporated, add the potato starch and mix thoroughly. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C.
- Place a baking sheet on the iron plate and lightly coat it with salad oil.
- Once the oven is preheated, place the marinated chicken on the hot plate and bake at 230℃ for about 20 minutes.
- When it is nicely browned and the meat juices run clear, it is done.
