【How to make】

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the skin side thoroughly, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  3. Once cooked, pour in the Yoshida sauce. Carefully strain off any excess oil from the meat with paper towels to avoid diluting the sauce.
  4. Stir fry until shiny and it's done. It burns easily, so coat it evenly with the Yoshida sauce quickly. It tastes even better if you pour a little reduced sauce over it after plating!!
