  • Meat for spare ribs
  • ginger
  • Yoshida Gourmet Sauce BBQ

【How to make】

  1. Prepare the meat for the spare ribs.
  2. Boil it and cook it through. It's best to add grated ginger to remove the smell.
  3. Once cooked, stir fry until all the water has evaporated. Stir fry until slightly browned and the water evaporates.
  4. Add Yoshida Sauce BBQ. Add a lot to reduce it a little!
  5. Mix until simmered and it's done.
